Accommodation
The Organizing Committee has selected hotels in different rate categories for participants of COSPAR Symposium 2017. Special rates and available rooms have been secured but may be available only until 4th August, 2017. To secure reservation, please make the hotel reservation through the online reservation system. Please click the ‘Accommodation Reservation’ button below for reservation.
How to book your room
- Please consider the hotel list below and click ‘Accommodation Reservation’ button’.
- Choose your preferred hotel and click the image.
- Read the hotel information and click the next tab to check the room types and the rates.
- Click ‘Booking’ tab and insert the information as required from the housing bureau (please note that the hotel reservation system and registration system is separate).
- Insert credit card details to guarantee your booking.
- Please read carefully the cancellation policy and inclusions of the chosen hotel before you confirm your booking.
* Cancellation policy may be differed from each hotel. Please read the cancellation policy carefully before you confirm your reservation to avoid any disadvantages. - Once the booking is submitted, Hana Tour Jeju (COSPAR Symposium 2017 Housing Bureau) will send you a confirmation of your booking after the reservation is finalized.

- The room rates are fixed in Korean Won(KRW). The rate in USD is approximate per the rate of exchange: KRW 10,000 = USD 8.56 as of November 2017

- Limousine bus fare is approximately KRW 1,300~2,000 from Hotel to the venue.

Booking & Payment Conditions
- The above rates are per room per night.
- When you make a booking, Hana Tour Jeju will contact you in 1 week. Your reservation is not confirmed before confirmation letter is sent.
- We keep your credit card information only to guarantee your reservation. Your payment shall be made either by credit card or cash at hotel, when you check into or out of your hotel room.
- As rooms will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, early reservation is recommended. After 4th August, 2017, room availability and rates may not be guaranteed.
- The reservation form must be accompanied by credit card information to guarantee your reservation.
- The above rates only apply to of COSPAR Symposium 2017 participants who reserve through the online reservation system.
